With almost three decades of experience in freight forwarding, warehouse management and vehicle shipping, the company moves cargo by sea, air and road for shippers, importers and vehicle dealers across the region. Regent Express also distributes commodities, including urea and other fertilisers, managing sourcing, inspection, shipping and delivery for buyers across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Role Description
The Customer Service Associate is a full-time, in-person role based in Singapore, responsible for looking after customers from first enquiry to final invoice. In this role, the Associate is the first point of contact for inbound enquiries with our partner company, REV Ecodrive, responding quickly and accurately and making sure every customer is well looked after. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound vehicle sales enquiries, interfacing with our OEM partners on orders, documentation and schedules, and generating invoices. The Associate follows up closely and respectfully with prospective and current customers, keeps the CRM and pipeline trackers up to date, and represents Regent Express professionally with customers, partners and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales support or administration, ideally in vehicles; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Basic understanding of Singapore vehicle registration and COE bidding.
- Ability to follow up closely and respectfully with customers and partners.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially with invoices, schedules and customer records.
- Comfort with digital tools, including updating the CRM and pipeline trackers.
- Well presented, with a professional manner that represents the firm well.
- Experience working with OEMs or vehicle dealers is a plus.
- Clear written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Diploma or degree in any discipline.
