Fertilisers

We source and distribute nitrogen fertilisers, connecting established producers across Asia and the Middle East with buyers in import-dependent markets.

Overview

Supplying The Inputs Behind Food Production

Urea is the world's most widely used nitrogen fertiliser, and many farming economies rely on imports to meet demand.

Regent Express both brokers fertiliser trades and ships the cargo, on an Ex-Works, FOB, CFR or CIF basis. Because shipping is our core business, our wide carrier and port experience lets us offer competitive freight rates, and we manage chartering, inspection, documentation and discharge alongside the commercial terms. That reduces the hand-offs where trades typically go wrong.

What We Supply

  • Granular / Prilled Urea. 46% nitrogen, biuret 1.0%, moisture 0.5%. Supplied in both standard and low heavy metal grades, for bulk blending and direct application.
  • Other Nitrogen Products. Available on request, subject to producer allocation.

Specifications, origin and packing (bulk or bagged) are agreed per contract and confirmed by independent inspection at loading.

Handling

Why Shipping Expertise Matters For Urea

Urea is hygroscopic: it absorbs moisture from the air, which can cause caking and quality loss if it is stored or carried badly.

Getting it to the buyer in specification depends on dry, well-prepared holds and containers, careful timing at load and discharge ports, and the right packing for the route. We have shipped urea both in bulk and in bags, including 50 kg bags and jumbo bags, across Asia and Africa.

  • Bulk. Bulk carriers for larger parcels, with hold preparation and cargo condition checks.
  • Bagged. 50 kg bags and jumbo bags, by container or breakbulk, for smaller parcels and inland delivery.
  • Trade Terms. Ex-Works, FOB, CFR or CIF, to suit the buyer's logistics and financing.
